I just loved my visit at Magic City Eyecare! Today was my first visit and they really made me welcomed! Tori was wonderful from the start with scheduling my appointment to staying in communication with me letting me know I was about to miss my appointment(I got the appointment time mixed up). Kacey showed concern and compassion! Christie was amazing helping me pick out my eyeglasses! I loved that Christie & Tori gave me ther honest opinion without worrying they would hurt my feelings and made me feel so great about myself!!!

Dr Cilimberg is so amazing!! She was very informative throughout the whole exam. I didn’t feel like just a number at her office. I know she actually loves her job and cares about her patients eye health. If I could I would give her 10 stars. Seriously, she’s the best!!

Dr. Kacey is amazing very attentive and good at explaining everything. Great selection of frames, super nice staff and great location as well. It was my first time trying magic city eyecare and I will defiantly be going back.

Magic City Eyecare and Dr. Cilimberg are always so wonderful and do such a good job taking care of me for my yearly eye exam. Everyone is super friendly, kind, and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely the best, great customer service and help with my toddler. Before the appointment I was worried it would be all over the place and the doctor and the staff at Magic City Eye care quickly calmed those fears. They made the entire experience very easy and I will for sure return.

My son had burned his eyes by looking at a welding spark and was in pain during the night. They were able to get us right in the next morning and everybody in there was so wonderful and so nice. Dr Cilimberg was so awesome!! We have found our eye care home!!! Thank y’all!!
